While defining a new task user can (inter alia):
|
- name and describe the task,
- enter the command to execute (application, document), the command can be system shutdown, logoff etc.,
- choose the sound to be played just before the task activation,
- define the stop time of the task (the period the task is valid/active),
- define when the task should appear in 'Hot' group,
 set the task repeatition,
- define whether an e-mail/SMS should be sent (immediately or if there is no response to remind from the user),
- define whether minimize all others applications during the task activation.
